Brand & Model: Yamaha U10BL
Type: Upright Piano
Year: 1989
Size: 48”
Beautiful Yamaha U10BL upright piano in high-gloss black, built in Japan in 1989 (serial 4695127). It was professionally restored just this month and is in like-new condition. Everything about it looks perfect inside and out, and it plays beautifully, with a smooth, responsive action and a clear, singing tone. Perfect for the serious student, teacher, or anyone who wants a real Yamaha at a fraction of the price of new.
The restoration was done by one of the most respected refurbishing shops for Yamahas in the United States. The cabinet was buffed and retouched to a brilliant shine, and all worn parts inside were repaired or replaced. The hammers were reshaped and the action was regulated, so it feels and sounds the way it should. The U series from the late 80's is considered by many to be the golden era of Yamaha uprights, and this one has been brought back to its best.
It was just tuned and is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner. Comes with a matching bench and a 5 year warranty.
The new equivalent of this piano, the Yamaha U1, lists for around $12,000. Here for a fraction of that at just $4,500 + tax! I can also help arrange moving, so please be in touch for details.
