When shopping for a used piano, knowing its age is key to judging its value. Many sellers are unaware of or mistaken about how old their piano is, and unfortunately, some dealers imply that an instrument newer than it actually is. The most reliable way to know is to look up the serial number.

Florence Piano Salon offers this free resource so you can check for yourself. Enter the serial number below to find the year a piano was built.
